We obtain your data to deliver the best possible network experience to you. We need your data to provide you the high-quality services. We analyze your data and keep the same secure.
Our software may send the diagnostic data to a third party analytics provider for the purpose of identifying connection errors and possible bugs in our application.
We being law abiding are bound to share your data, if required to the law enforcement agencies/offices/courts even without notice to you.
We do not use any other forms of your data to verify your identity.
You may access other third party services while using Fire VPN. We shall not be held responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these third party services. You are encouraged to carefully review their privacy policies.
A user is allowed to use our app as per the rating of Fire VPN approved by International Age Rating Coalition (IARC) subject to the strict compliance of the law of the State/Country with regard to the age of user.
On information of use of our services by a kid less than the permissible age, we will block such user from using our services with immediate effect and without the notice of such user.
The parents/guardians are strongly recommended to observe and monitor the child user less than the permissible while using our services.
You are suggested to retain a copy of information you provided to us for updates, if any. We consider that whatever information you have provided to us is correct information delivered by you voluntary with your free consent.
You can get your information changed in our record by asking Fire VPN for the same.

Some of your information and processing thereof is mandatory for Fire VPN to provide the services, failing which Fire VPN’s functionality, services and its features can be affected. Your actions may force Fire VPN to cease providing services, when you ask for the modification of any mandatory information, we may be unable to continue providing Fire VPN services for you AND if you request limit to mandatory process for Fire VPN, or you object to such processing AND if you withdraw your consent or ask for the deletion of your information.
We will not use your identity document provided at the time of your registration with us except for processing your request for access to Fire VPN.

VPN service coverage, speeds, server locations and quality may vary. Fire VPN will attempt to make the Service available at all times. We are governed by the Indian Law. Any dispute arising from the averments of present policy, the same shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Company under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 in force. The place of Arbitration shall be at Mohali, Punjab and (India) and its language will be English.
